Take a look at what we do for our clients. These two case studies cover the business relationship we have with our clients and what we help them to achieve! Our first case study is about a manufacturing client in the Midwest, and the second one is about a dental office in Austin, TX.

Manufacturing Company

Growing an Audience

A midsized manufacturing company located in the Midwest that wanted to grow its brand presence and generate new sales leads by expanding its audience and increasing engagement.

Pain Point

One pain point for the organization was the existence of two separate product lines. Inconsistent branding and design also made it difficult to market the brand and get new sales leads.

Recommendations

To grow the audience, we created a separate website for each product. We also created collateral for the company by custom designing its product and company brochure. To address any inconsistencies in branding, we created a campaign for tradeshow banners and implemented the design and production. Additionally, to promote the company and products, we suggested online and print advertising. Finally, we established a plan for social media marketing and mailings, including e-blasts, and direct mail.

Manufacturing Company

Results

Our new websites increased website click rate by 37%, web visit time by 22%, and achieved #1 search rankings. Our sales lead generation efforts also increased the conversion rate by 50%, tradeshow leads by 23%, and inquiries by 12%. Finally as a result of our engagement, we established new followers and likes, increased mailing subscribers, and increased repeat customers and custom referrals.

Dental Company

Second case study is about a large dental practice with 8 locations in the Austin metropolitan area. 

Recommendations

To reach potential patients near the clinic locations, we implemented a direct mailing for each location, distributed within a one-mile radius every three months. To increase the patient base and achieve better search results, we updated the website, added an engaging blog, actively updated social media, and created a mobile web app. For long term SEO, we used both on-site and off-site techniques, built content on the blog and social media, and added links. Finally, in order to differentiate the office from its previous ownership, we also designed 3-fold brochures to go in all 7 locations, with separate brochures for the specialty offices. Additionally, we designed referral pads to emphasize the companies branding goals. 

 

Pain Point

This dental office was an existing dental practice previously under different ownership, and had no way to differentiate its separate company name and specialty clinics. Before addressing the issue, there was only one website and was showing up last on search pages. Additionally, the company wanted to find a way to directly reach the residents located near its office. 

Growing an Audience

As a large company in charge of eight dental offices, this clinic needed to grow its patient base and expand its audience in Austin.

Results

As a result of these recommendations, we increased social media within the first three months with a continuous growth rate of 50% per month. We also increased SEO ranking for 10 competitive key words to first page ranking. Additionally, the blog was a success due to the abundance of comments and engagement. Our direct mail resulted in a return rate of 8% and 200 new patients after the first mailing. Finally, branding for specialty offices vs. dental offices was clarified through the website, collateral, and social media marketing.
