Coronado Art Association
A Modern Website + Member Database System for a Thriving Nonprofit
Starting Point
The Coronado Art Association (CAA) is a long-standing nonprofit dedicated to supporting local artists through exhibitions, events, and community programs. However, their existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and challenging for board members and volunteers to update.
They needed a modern, clean website that reflected the quality of their organization — along with a backend system that made managing member information simple and efficient.

Our Approach
We redesigned the entire website to create a fresh, visually appealing online presence that highlights the Association’s mission, upcoming events, Artist in the Spotlight features, and membership opportunities. The new site is clean, user-friendly, and built to grow with the organization.
To streamline internal operations, we developed a custom member database integrated directly into the backend. This system allows CAA board members to:
Easily update member profiles
Add or remove artists
Edit images and contact information
Maintain the directory without disrupting the design
Keep all data centralized, organized, and accessible
This approach empowers the nonprofit to manage its membership independently, even with rotating volunteers or limited technical expertise.
In addition to the site build, we continue to provide helpful guidance, answer questions, and support the team as needed — ensuring they always feel supported, confident, and capable.
The Results
The Coronado Art Association now has a modern website that beautifully represents its community and mission. Navigation is clearer, events and artist features are easier to find, and the site now reflects the creativity and professionalism of the organization.
The custom backend database has dramatically simplified member management, reducing administrative time and making updates far more accessible for non-technical users.
We are proud to support a nonprofit that brings so much value to its local art community — and to continue assisting them whenever they need help.
